Who: All Staff of Hogwarts, even the non-teachers. Also if he wants to watch, Evan the Reporter! Come see how the Headmaster runs things!
Where: An unused staff room on the fourth floor.
When: Jan 26th, while the students have the day off and are preoccupied with a trip into town.
Format: Action for pace!
Open/Closed: Open to adults! No students allowed!
Notes: This is a mandatory event for the adult Hogwarts staff to attend as ordered by the Headmaster himself.
When his staff would finally arrive at the designated meeting place at the correct time (because his loyal staff would always come exactly on time, right?), Headmaster Madeldore would be waiting to greet each and every arrival at the door with that kindly, too gentle smile of his, magicking a 'HELLO MY NAME IS___' name tag for each individual to enter. Which, yes, they would be required to put on and keep on for the duration of the day.
There has been some disruptiveness between staff members within Hogwarts lately, some growing tension and less-than-professional comments flying around, that needed to be nipped in the bud quickly before the thorny problem grew far too great to handle so peacefully.
So the obvious answer to that problem was a Team Building Day, to promote good relationships between staff, to inspire complete trust and open communication.
Yes, the Headmaster was quite assured this day would prove successful in bringing the men and women under him closer together. And it would also serve as the perfect opportunity to bring up an issue that had been bothering his weary mind as of late.
