yet another mingle post, now with 70% Croakoa

It was a rather uneventful school day in the school of wizardry and witchcraft. Spells to be learned, crushes to be pursued, hexes to cast on the insensitive person from behind you that keeps insisting on kicking your seat, having a small snack in between classes... A certain girl from Gryffindor was currently about to partake in that last activity. However, that would lead the uneventful school day to become rather eventful.
Everyone in Hogwarts, whether student or staff, no matter what he or she may be doing, will be interrupted by a strange but very distinct sound. Something faint in the distance that sounded a tad bit like croaking. Soon, that sound would multiply in both numbers and volume, and soon the halls would be swept with a dark and malicious wave of...
... a multitude of rampant, hopping, and utterly delicious chocolate frogs.
((tl;dr: Hogwarts is suddenly swarming with chocolate frogs. Eat them, destroy them, try to snatch one of those rare cards you've always wanted which have scattered about during the carnage... Whatever it is you do, just mingle and have fun.))
